In the heart of the fishing quarter , the Brighton Fishing Museum is devoted to the history of fishing, and in particular to "punt" fishing, the traditional Sussex boat. The twin piers, built at the end of the 19th century, have made Brighton famous. The palace poiers contains restaurants, shops, and games halls, the West Pier, fallen into disrepair is now the object of a renovation project. Also visit the Volks Electric Railway, the oldest in England, is a pleasant way to get to know the seafront. BB |
